Rules
RCGears is a family-oriented R/C racing facility. Unruly or unsportsmanlike conduct will therefore not be tolerated. Individuals deemed to be in violation of the spirit of this rule will be requested to leave the facility.
No alcoholic beverages or the use of illegal substances are allowed. Anyone found to be showing evidence of being under the influence of such substances in the race area or pit area will be asked to leave the facility.
No operating of cars in the pit area or near the track that may endanger others.
Any driver, or pit crew, is required to wear closed toe shoes at all times while in the racing area.
All drivers are responsible for the actions of his pit crew.
RCGears would like to control the cost of racing and making it affordable for entry level drivers to become involved in the sport. We encourage you to submit suggestions to the President or anyone on the executive of any ideas that will help in controlling or lowering the costs
while maintaining a fair playing field.
No person attending RCGears will have any claim for damages, expenses, lawsuits, or otherwise against a promoter, track operator, its officials, agents, or employees, resulting from any damage to any car, personal injury, or monetary loss of any kind whatsoever. All attendants waive any claim they may have against a promoter, track operator, its officials, agents, or employees when they participate in any event/practice being run at RCGears.
